I don’t have a cool story about how I came across Fatou’s music. I was listening to Sona Jobarteh on Youtube and somehow ended up finding her. Maybe that’s cool enough. Born in 1982 in Ivory Coast, she is a Malian singer-songwriter and multiple Grammy Award nominee currently living in France [Wikipedia Bio].
