Some time last year, I was invited to join the working committee for the Straw Dog Writers Guild Emerging Writer Fellowship. I said yes because I felt it was such an amazing initiative. I ended up also sitting on the judging panel for the fellowship and then I offered to do a website to help increase the visibility of the project.
