It’s wild how much can happen in a year. I just wanted to take a beat and pause to reflect on the last 12 months at Artist Dynamix.
The one word that encapsulates everything we’ve done is ‘community.’
I’ve been deeply involved with several organizations in the business and creative sectors and we launched some new and exciting community-facing projects
Here’s a look at some of the main things we’ve been up to:
We launched and refined key services
We streamlined our offerings to focus on the services that create the most traction for small businesses and creative teams:
- 360 Presence Audit – Our flagship online presence audit, rebuilt from the ground up. It gives clients clarity on their SEO, website performance, social presence, and more, plus actionable recommendations that don’t require a marketing degree to implement.
- Local Spark – A visibility booster designed for local businesses who want to show up in the right places: maps, search results, and recommendation engines. Local Spark is a service that makes it easy for local businesses to develop a meaningful online presence without a huge upfront cost.
- Automation Stacks – This is a big one for small businesses and solopreneurs. This service helps people reclaim time, tighten up follow-ups, and turn more leads into clients with smart, accessible business automations that leverage the power of AI.
We focused on community-facing projects
Digital tools are most powerful when they help real people and real communities thrive. That’s why we continue to invest in projects that make an impact in the communities we are involved with.
- Inc413
In November 2025, we launched Inc413, a platform to support local businesses in Western Massachusetts. We share resources, stories, and tools to help small businesses thrive. This was a massive lift for us, and I am super grateful to the Artist Dynamix team for making it happen despite numerous challenges. The next phase for us is to get the content flow dialed in. - Amherst Now
Launched in October 2024, Amherst Now is a digital community noticeboard for the town of Amherst MA and surrounding communities. It crossed the 500-notice milestone in May 2025, and continues to grow as a local, low-barrier community bulletin board. We have exciting plans for this project as we’d love for it to help foster community connections and participation in the Amherst Area. - Ipikai,
The Ipikai Poetry Journal published its 7th issue in May 2025, offering a powerful reflection on grief through the voices of Zimbabwean poets. This was a special issue for us as it was edited by co-founder, Batsirai Chigama, whose work I greatly admire. I also want to take note of the amount of work the Artist Dynamix team puts into each issue. Thanks team!
We stayed rooted in the local ecosystem
I continue to be involved with the Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce and had the privilege of serving on the steering committee for the 6th Western MA Economic Ecosystem Summit, held in Greenfield.
I also continue to work with the ArtsHub of Western Massachusetts, helping share resources and facilitate connections for local artists.
Up until earlier this year, Artist Dynamix was a very active member of the Blaze Chapter of Business Network International. I made a lof of friends and business buddies there and am truly grateful for the opportunities BNI created for my business.
Investing in the next generation of builders
This past year, I had the privilege of participating in three dynamic student‑focused events at UMass Amherst and Amherst College.
- The Hult Prize competition | Dec 2024
I was on the judging panel for entrepreneurial teams working on startup ideas aimed at sustainable global impact. These students paired big visions with practical hustle, reinforcing how much support, visibility, and systems can turn energy into outcomes. - UMass Amherst Isenberg Session | April 2025
I taught a class about digital marketing at the Isenberg School of Management. It was a class meant to help students select a major, so I focused on speaking about all the different skills needed in the work we do. - Startup Lab at Amherst College | April 2025)
I was invited to be a judge for this event organized by the i2i (Ideas‑to‑Innovation) student group. We heard pitches from both existing ventures and fresh ideas, and engaged in discussions about startup-building and investment. The event also welcomed Amherst alumni sharing their entrepreneurial journeys.
Looking ahead
This next season, we’re continuing to experiment, refine, and collaborate with a greater eye on AI, automation, and building stronger communities.
I believe that in an age where we cannot tell if the stuff we’re looking at on a screen was generated by AI or not, community and real-world, in-person interactions are going to become more valuable.
Thanks to everyone who’s been part of this ride so far.
Here’s to the next chapter.

I believe that every serious artist should be able to make a living from their work if they want to and I’m on a mission to find the best tools, ideas, and resources to help artists succeed. I experiment with business models, monetization ideas, and new technology in my own creative process as part of this journey of discovering.
